General remarks:
- The relationship between us is a professional one. You are the customer. We are a small officially declared business. We are selling you a professional service as defined in the contract we sign.
- Having said that, we try to create a friendly, relaxed working atmosphere in our classes and several customers have become real friends.
Regularity and punctuality:
- We like you to feel like our only customer - but you aren't! Our timetable (like yours perhaps) is a complex jigsaw puzzle.
- If we reserve a time slot or a block of lessons for you, we refuse them to other potential customers.
- If you have booked 9 to 10 a.m., it is possible that someone else is booked FROM 10 a.m.
- If we are expecting you, we will have spent time preparing your lesson - preparation which may no longer be appropriate at a later time.

Basic ground rules:
- Modules (or blocks) of lessons are payable in advance and are due in full.
- Absences by students are NOT made up by the teacher later.
- Any lessons cancelled by the teacher WILL be made up later.
- If the student arrives late, the lesson will still finish at the normal time.
What you are paying for in each one hour lesson:

A lesson which starts on time

60 minutes of your teacher’s undivided attention

A lesson which has been prepared specifically for you

Analysis of your particular linguistic problems and needs

Materials selected specifically for you and often created specifically for you

Research where necessary into specific technical areas and examination requirements

A native-speaker or bilingual teacher with many years of experience and advanced language and teaching qualifications

A share of the business’s overheads (premises, equipment, publicity, social security payments etc.)
Internet lessons - the service is exactly the same apart from the medium:

instead of being face to face in the same room, you are face to face via webcam and screen

documents to study are sent to you in advance by e-mail
